• Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

• Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Your chafer is carefully packed and shipped in a protective tote box to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We use secure packaging materials to prevent damage during transit, so your product is ready to use upon delivery.
